How do virtual consultations work on Dermabyss?

Clients book a consultation through your profile. You conduct the session via video, review their skin concerns, and document a treatment plan — all within the platform. Clients receive a structured summary they can reference between sessions.

Can I set my own pricing for consultations?

Yes. You set your own consultation rates. Dermabyss handles scheduling, payment processing, and client communication.

What happens after a consultation?

You can document a treatment plan, schedule follow-ups, and track the client's skin progress over time using DPI™ progress tracking.

What does the AI analysis do?

The AI analyzes client skin images to identify visible concerns like texture, tone, and breakouts. It creates a structured baseline that you can reference across sessions — supporting clearer client communication and consistent documentation.

What is DPI™ progress tracking?

DPI™ (Dermabyss Progress Index) is our proprietary progress tracking system. It creates side-by-side comparisons across sessions so clients can see visible improvement over time — which supports treatment adherence and rebooking.

Is client image data secure?

Yes. All client images are encrypted and stored securely. Images are never shared outside your account without explicit permission.

Getting Started

How do I sign up as a professional?

Create an account, complete your professional profile, and you're ready to start accepting virtual consultations. No technical setup required.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed through Stripe and deposited directly to your bank account. You'll receive payouts on a standard schedule after each completed consultation.

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment is needed. A computer or tablet with a camera and a stable internet connection is all you need to run virtual consultations.
