What is the founding provider offer?
During our launch window, Essentials is $39/mo (normally $49) and Professional is $89/mo (normally $99). Your founding rate is locked for 6 months, then moves to standard pricing with 30 days notice.
How does the 28-day free trial work?
Full access to your chosen plan for 28 days — no credit card required. If you don't add billing details, your account simply stops at the end of the trial.
What's the difference between Essentials and Professional?
Both include the full workflow — consultations, treatment planning, progress tracking, skin journey, and AI analysis. Professional adds team accounts (up to 8 staff), custom domain, removal of Dermabyss branding, advanced analytics, and email/SMS marketing.
How much do virtual consultations cost?
Consumers pay $29 (general) or $59 (expert). Professionals receive 85% after the 15% platform fee. In-person clients introduced through Dermabyss have a one-time $10 lead introduction fee — not per-booking.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Cancel anytime, no contracts. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at end of billing period.
